You acknowledge and accept that your access and use of the ECM Induction web site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will need to exit this site immediately.
Authorisation to access the site will only be granted by the SSE after completion of an appropriate induction.
Do not complete training for any other person entering site. All personnel entering the site with a completed induction certificate will undergo an induction verification assessment to confirm they completed the online induction training modules. If failed, they will need to complete the whole induction again.
The material contained in these training modules is protected by copyright. As between you and ECM, the contents of this web site (including all layouts, applets, text and graphic images in this site) are copyright ECM, unless stated otherwise.
ECM will take all reasonable steps to ensure the material contained in these training courses is accurate and current, but ECM is not liable if the material is not up to date.
You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on this website.
